Job Description
Conduct periodic scheduled daily or nightly inspections of property
Check vacant units and office to make sure units are secure.
Keeps an accurate activity log of all activity during their shift
Reports to management any unusual or supicious activity
Must be familiar with all community rules and regulations
Establishes an ongoing relationship with local law enforcement
Available to manager during special events and/or situations
Reports to management any parking violation
